Turck delivers customer specific premoulded fieldbus and power supply cables within five days

With the new JiT-5D programme Turck offers an instant delivery service for individually assembled fieldbus and power supply cables within five days. The customer can choose the cable length according to the following measures: Up to 5 metres in increments of 0.5 metres and between 5 and 50 metres in increments of 1metre. For shorter distances a 30 cm cable is available.
The 5 days just-in-time delivery programme contains, apart from 4- and 5-port power supply cables, also fieldbus cables for Profibus DP and PA, as well as Foundation Fieldbus and DeviceNet cables. All cable types are available with angled and straight M12 and 7/8 connections.
The sensor, fieldbus, connectivity and interface expert supports the growing demands of customers concerning high machine and system availablity with the new just-in-time delivery programme and at the same time keeping the storage costs low. Where formerly numerous cable types had to be stored, now stock-keeping is reduced to a service on demand but maintaining at the same time a high availability of products.
